  • 400 grams of cream cheese

  • 5 ml vanilla extract
    or 1 bag of vanilla sugar

  • 125 g soft butter

  • 250 g icing sugar

Other supplies

springform pan 27cm,


Place the cream cheese in a (mixer) mixing bowl and add the vanilla.

Then add the butter and icing sugar (be careful not to create a cloud of dust).

Mix well and chill.

Can be used as a topping on various cakes!
