Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork

  • 3 onions

  • 1 thumb length ginger

  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce (Manis or Medja)

  • 5 tbsp vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • some vegetable oil (not olive oil)
    for baking

Preparation

Salt and pepper and sliced pork.

Chop the onions, peel the ginger and cut into slices.

​

Fry the onions in the oil until they are soft.

Add the ginger slices and pork.

Once the meat is seared, add soy sauce and vinegar to taste.

​

Let it simmer for half an hour.

​

Delicious with an Indian rice table.
