- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 to 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Grate the lemon zest, grate the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
Place the lemon, grated garlic and finely chopped parsley in a bowl.
