Ingredients and supplies
- 2 cans of tuna (1 in water/1 in oil)
- 1 lemon
- 1 Spanish pepper
- 1/3 bunch of mint
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze the juice.
Drain the tuna in oil, reserving the oil.
Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs.
Place together with the lemon zest, lemon juice, can of tuna in water, the tuna oil, dash of olive oil and the chili pepper in a tall cup.
Squeeze the garlic over it and puree with a hand blender to make a dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
Gently toss the roasted vegetables with the dressing and divide the tuna pieces over it.
Enjoy your meal!
