Ingredients and supplies
1 liter of young gin (can be the cheapest)
1 pound brown caster sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
200 coffee beans
Other requirements: 1.5 liter preserving jar, 2 clean empty bottles.

Preparation
Place the brown sugar, coffee beans and vanilla sugar in the preserving jar.
Pour the young gin over it, close and put away in a dark place.
Shake vigorously once a day.
After 6 weeks, drain everything through a sieve and put it in a clean empty bottle(s).
You now have a delicious Tia Maria.
