Ingredients and supplies

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 5 ml vanilla extract or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 250 g icing sugar

Other requirements: springform pan 27cm,

Preparation

Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl (or mixer), add the vanilla.

Then add the butter and icing sugar (be careful not to turn it into a cloud of dust).

Mix well and refrigerate.

Can be used as a topping on various cakes!
