Preparation

Nice, no cutting work for once! Let’s get started right away!

Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix the oil with the water and add this to the dry ingredients.
Knead everything well, add some water if the mixture is too dry.
It should be a little sticky.

Preheat the convection oven to 250 degrees.

Place baking paper on the baking tray and divide the dough into mounds over the baking paper.

Tip: first crumple the baking paper a little and then spread it over the baking tray.

Take a bowl of water and wet your fingers to distribute the dough as evenly as possible over the baking tray or use the back of a spoon that has been wetted regularly.

Before baking, cut the crackers into the size you want.

Bake the crackers for 5 minutes at 250 degrees.

Then turn the oven back to 200 degrees and bake for another 20-30 minutes until they are nice and dry and brown.

Let them cool on the baking sheet and when they have cooled you can break them along the cut lines.

Very tasty with butter and cheese!
