Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 50 ml coke
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 25 ml rum
  • 25 ml licor 43 or orange liqueur
  • 25 ml limoncello
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 clove
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 1 green apple (granny smith)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  • Take a container with a lid that can hold everything.
  • Wash the apple and scrub the orange and lemon thoroughly.
  • Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
  • Cut the orange and lemon in half and also cut them into thin slices.
  • Throw the cut fruit into the bin.
  • Then add the wine and the other ingredients and stir well.
  • Close the container with the lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, so that all the flavors can infuse.

When serving, pour the sangria into a nice pitcher and add some ice cubes.
