Ingredients and supplies
- some salt
- 2 tbsp baking olive oil
- 200 g smoked bacon cubes
- 2 large onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp sambal with tomato (see recipe)
Prep-work
Clean the beans (cut off the tips from both sides), wash them and boil them for 10 minutes in plenty of salted water.
Drain and let steam off without a lid.
Cut the onions into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry on high heat, activities now follow each other quickly (because the heat is high so stay with it!
Throw the smoked bacon cubes into the wok until they are lightly browned.
Add the onion rings and fry until lightly brown.
Then add the garlic and heat briefly.
Then add the beans and the sambal and heat thoroughly.
Delicious to eat as is, but also recommended with white rice.
