Ingredients and supplies

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 15 g butter
  • some salt and freshly ground pepper

If you have a dash of cream!

Preparation

Slice the mushrooms and fry them gently in the butter in a medium hot frying pan until brown.

Takes about 6 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl and add to the mushrooms.

If you have it, add a dash of cream and stir again.

Once the egg mixture has set at the edges, use a spatula to pull it towards the center.

When the egg is almost set, it is ready.

Delicious with toasted bread.
