Preparation

Please note that Grandma makes the turban with an old gas oven (ETNA)! So experiment a bit with the gas setting / temperatures!

Mix the cake flour, sugar, butter and eggs well
If the batter is too dry, add some coffee cream.

Cut the bars and gingerbread cookies into small pieces (not too small) and stir them into the batter.

Butter the Bundt pan and dust with rusk crumbs (breadcrumbs are also an option).

Place the dish in the middle of the oven and cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Gas position at approximately 150 to 160 degrees.
