Ingredients and supplies

  • 800 grams of stir-fried vegetables (2 bags of pre-packaged or self-cut leek, bell pepper, red onion, white cabbage, chilli pepper and bean sprouts)
  • 500 gr mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp djahe powder
  • 1 tsp galangal powder
  • 1 tsp lemongrass powder
  • 6 tbsp salty soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400 gr rice

Prep-work

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

Preparation

Cook the rice according to the package directions.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a wok and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, herbs and soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked rice and mix everything well.

Delicious with the babi ketjap and the sambals that are also on our site.
