Ingredients and supplies

  • 100 g soft butter
  • 8 stalks of coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pinch of coarse sea salt

Prep-work

Preparation

Place the soft butter in a bowl.

Remove the coriander leaves and chop finely (keep 2 leaves aside) and add to the butter.
Peel the garlic cloves and grate them finely over the butter.

Also add the pinch of salt and stir everything well.

Serve with the 2 fresh coriander leaves on top.
