Ingredients and supplies
- 60 ml soy sauce (Japanese)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Spanish pepper
- 2 spring onions (or a small leek)
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 stem ginger
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sugar to taste

Preparation
Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden brown, shake the pan regularly (be careful not to burn them). When they are golden brown, remove them from the pan!
The pan is still hot and the seeds can still burn if you leave them in the pan.
Cut the stem ginger into pieces or strips.
Stir together soy sauce, pressed garlic, chopped chilli pepper, chopped spring onion, sesame seeds, stem ginger, white wine and sesame oil.
Add sugar to taste, and stir until dissolved.
Delicious with Dim Sum, pot stickers and (Korean) potato cakes .
