Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 pound chicken breast or chicken thigh meat
  • 3 to 4 tbsp polenta (uncooked)
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp masala curry
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • enough vegetable oil for frying/baking

or other spices! make it just the way you like it!

For example; smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano.

Prep-work

Nothing special to prepare.

Preparation

Cut the chicken into nugget size (but not too thin, otherwise it will become dry).

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix the polenta with the spices in a deep plate.

Press the chicken pieces all around into the polenta mixture, really pressing them in.

Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
