Roasted peppers, onion and roasted garlic can be processed in pasta, rice and couscous salad and pepper soup. It is also very tasty on a (goat) cheese sandwich.

Ingredients and supplies

  • 4 peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic

Prep-work

Halve the peppers.

Cut the onions into thick rings.

Leave the garlic in its skin

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees with top heat or grill.

Slide the baking tray high in the oven and roast for about 30 minutes (time depends on your oven).

Once the peppers are charred black, remove them from the oven and place them in a plastic bag.

Tie the bag closed.

After fifteen minutes you can easily remove the skin from the peppers.

Cut into strips or pieces.

Peel the garlic.

Top Turkish bread with cheese, roasted peppers, onions and garlic.
