Roasted potato skins

Tastes great with a beer!
After we had enjoyed the crispy skin of the stuffed baked potato, I came up with the idea on a beautiful Thursday evening to season the skins of the potatoes that I used for the sauerkraut mash and roast them in the oven. I used the same spice mix as for roasted chickpeas.
It was a success!

Ingredients and supplies
- potato peels
- a few drops of oil
- Spice mix with:
Smoked paprika powder
Cayenne pepper
Djinten (a little)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
A good amount of salt
Prep-work
- Collect the skins of the potatoes that you have peeled.
- Rinse the skins well with water.
- Pat dry with kitchen paper or a tea towel..
Preparation
Uitspreiden op bakplaat (met bakpapier er onder).
Bedruppelen met (olijf-)olie en met je handen goed mengen zodat er overal een filmpje olie op komt.
Daarna de specerijnmix er over strooien.
Bak de schilletjes in een oven van 180 graden tussen de 20-30 min knapperig.
De dikkere schilletjes bevatten nog wat vocht, niet bewaren maar direct oppeuzelen.
Smaakt lekker met een (Bok-)biertje!
