This delicious meatloaf tastes great hot or cold on a roll/baguette/Turkish roll, possibly with some extra sambal tomato on top and a lettuce leaf underneath.

Ingredients and supplies
- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 large onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2.5 tbsp complete seasoning (Badia brand for sale in Toko)
- 1 tbsp onion powder (Badia)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (Badia)
- 1 tbsp sambal tomato
- bunch of coriander
- 2 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
Prep-work
- Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces.
- Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
- Place the minced meat in a large bowl and add the onion pieces and pepper pieces, the eggs without their shells, the complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, sambal tomato and breadcrumbs and knead everything well.
Preparation
Take the baking tray and place a sheet of baking paper on it.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Shape the minced meat into a firm loaf shape and place it on the baking tray.
Cover the meatloaf well with aluminum foil, tightly around it and slide the baking sheet into the oven for
30 minutes.
Remove the foil after 30 minutes and bake the meatloaf for 25 minutes until golden brown.
