Ingredients and supplies
- 15 large shrimps
- 5 cloves of garlic
- to taste pull biber (or pepper)
- some olive oil
Prep-work
If you have "dirty" shrimp, first remove the head and skin, and remove the intestinal tract if necessary!
Preparation
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.
- Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp.
- Turn the shrimps as soon as they turn pink.
- Then add the chopped garlic and the pul biber.
Stir a few more times and it's done!
