Frozen Café latte

About the recipe

A delicious ice cream that is very quickly made. I put the caffé latte in small glasses, but you can also put them in (small) coffee cups or disposable cups. Ideal to prepare in advance......and delicious with warm apple-grumble.

Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 ml freshly brewed espresso or instant espresso
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • a few coffee beans for decoration (optional)

Prep-work

No special preparation.

Preparation

  • Make a strong cup of espresso.
  • Mix with the condensed milk and the cream.
  • Pour this mixture into glasses/cups and sprinkle with a few (3) coffee beans.

Place in the freezer for a few hours (at least 1) to stiffen.

If possible, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

So far everyone who has eaten this has thought it was an absolute winner!
