Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 egg
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 ml sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • some parsley, fresh or dried

Preparation

Place the egg, pepper, salt, mustard, lemon juice in a narrow, tall bowl.
Carefully add the 400 ml of sunflower oil.

Place the hand blender in it and turn it on and continue mixing on the bottom for a while.

Then slowly pull the hand blender upwards while mixing until everything is mixed and you have a thick mayonnaise.

Add the Greek yoghurt, coarsely chopped garlic cloves and mix again until smooth.
Take out the stick blender and taste it; salty enough?..... sour enough?..... garlicky enough?

No? Then add to taste! and put the stick blender on it again, and taste again.
