Ingredients and supplies

  • 150 g chickpea flour
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp turmeric/turmeric
  • water
  • pinch of salt

Optional: garlic and/or cheese (but with cheese it is no longer vegan )

Prep-work

Mix the chickpea flour, flour, turmeric, salt and mustard seeds with the water to form a batter.

Add water until the batter is slightly thinner than pancake batter.

Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation

Fry the Dosa in a dry frying pan for 1.5 minutes until light brown.

Optionally add garlic or cheese.

Turn the Dosa over and fry the other side until light brown.

Delicious with Dahl.
