Preparation
We love dark chocolate, milk is also delicious of course. The idea is to get different flavours in a chocolate chip, this means you spread the chocolate on a plate, let it cool and chop it into pieces.
Heat the extra dark chocolate 'au bain marie' and pour it onto the plate (a paper towel underneath is handy), heat the white chocolate in the same way and pour it next to it (see photos).
I added extra freshly ground coffee to the melted cappuccino flavour, which gives it a lovely spicy boost.
To the regular dark chocolate you add the roasted hazelnuts, we have pushed them into the chocolate. On the Butterscotch flavor you can sprinkle coarse sea salt. Very surprising!
Let everything cool thoroughly and chop into pieces.
And then just hope that lots of little pieces break off that you can happily nibble on.
