Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 bun (Turkish)
  • 1 tartare
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp truffle mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optionally some rucola sla.

Prep-work

Chop the onion.

Preparation

Spread the top and bottom of the bun with half a tablespoon of truffle mayonnaise.

Use a fork to make the tartare a little bigger so that it fits on the bun.

Sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper and add finely chopped onion.

Also delicious with some arugula salad.
