Delicious (Turkish) mushroom omelette sandwich. Fresh very tasty but also nice to take with you for lunch, then let the fried omelette cool down a bit before you put it on a sandwich.

Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 bun (Turkish)
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • some butter for frying
  • some pepper

Prep-work

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Preparation

Brown the mushrooms in a frying pan over low heat (takes time).

Break the two eggs over the mushrooms and stir gently.

Top with the cheese slices and close with a lid.

Let it cook briefly and then place it on the sandwich.
