Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 Turkish bread roll or quarter of Turkish bread
  • 100 g steak
  • some arugula or iceberg lettuce
  • truffle mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Prep-work

Nothing special.

Preparation

Heat a frying pan over high heat.

Turn the heat down and add a knob of butter to the pan. Once the butter has foamed, you can add the steak (seasoned with salt and pepper).

Brown the steak (brown it with butter).

Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 7 minutes.

Spread the top and bottom of the bun with truffle mayonnaise.

Slice the steak, put it on the sandwich and top with some arugula.
