Ingredients and supplies

  • 12 green (Asian) asparagus
  • 4 orange cherry tomatoes
  • 4 red cherry tomatoes
  • sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • some pepper

Prep-work

Strip the rosemary leaves from the sprigs.

Cut the lemon in half.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Pre-cook the asparagus very briefly.

Make a bed of rosemary in an oven dish.

Take 3 green asparagus and roll them up in Parma ham.

Crush 1 orange and 1 red cherry tomato over the asparagus.

Sprinkle the asparagus heads with a few drops of olive oil.

Add pepper.

Place the four bunches in an oven dish.

Add half a lemon to that.

Bake them in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.

When they come out of the oven, squeeze the lemon over the asparagus.
