Ingredients and supplies

  • 200 g sugar
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 or 2 tbsp lemon
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Mix in food processor the almond flour with sugar and zest of 1 lemon, the egg and some lemon juice. It should not be too dry but a bit sticky.

To achieve this, add some water or lemon juice to taste.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
