Ingredients and supplies

  • 200 gr fresh salmon
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 6 chives or 1 spring onion
  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • some lemon juice
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs

Prep-work

No special preparations.

Preparation

  • Cut the fresh and smoked salmon into small square cubes.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, pepper, salt and finely chopped chives.
  • Add the salmon.
  • Fry the 4 eggs in a frying pan.
  • Make the plate as you like. We use a cutter (10cm) so that you can serve the salmon tartare nicely round and cut out the fried egg to the same size.

Delicious with toast.
