  • 100/125 g butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, or from the freezer
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp bouillon powder or pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Works well if you have soft butter, so if possible, keep the package out of the fridge the day before, otherwise put it in the microwave for a while (10 to 15 sec max).

Chop or mince the parsley.

Take a quantity of butter as needed (this recipe for about 100 to 125 gr).

Add pressed garlic, parsley, pepper and bouillon powder and mix together.

Delicious on crispy baguette.
