Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 ciabatta (or baguette)
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • enough garlic butter or garlic oil

Prep-work

Grate the cheese

Make the garlic butter or

Make the garlic oil, half a cup of olive oil, press 2 cloves of garlic into it, stir well and leave for about 15 minutes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

Cut the ciabatta horizontally in half.

Spread both sides generously with the herb butter or rub generously with garlic oil.

Put the 2 parts back together and take aluminum foil

Place the parcel in the oven for 12 minutes.

Remove the ciabatta from the oven, open the parcel and place both parts on the convex side on the baking tray.

Sprinkle the cheese over it and put it back in the oven for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Take it out and cut into portions as you want to serve it.
