Ingredients and supplies
- 3 ripe avocados
- half to 1 lime
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp coriander
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 to 2 green peppers (to taste)
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Prep-work
Squeeze the lime, don't use it all in the recipe at once, use half first and then taste!
Finely chop the onion and green peppers
Peel the tomatoes and chop the flesh.
Finely chop the coriander.
Press the garlic
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half around the pit, twist the halves in opposite directions to separate them and pop out the pit with your knife.
Take a spoon and scoop out the pulp.
Use a fork to break up the avocado and mash it nicely!
Add a little lime juice, onion, tomato, garlic, green chilies, coriander and salt.

Want it a little fresher? Add lime juice.
Want it a bit spicier? Add cayenne pepper.
