Ingredients and supplies

  • 1 goat leg (from a young goat)
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp ras al hanout
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Prep-work

Cut the vegetables into pieces

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Sprinkle the goat leg with 3 tbsp Ras al hanout, salt and pepper

Sprinkle it with the 2 tbsp olive oil.

Wrap it in foil.

Place the vegetables in the roasting pan and add 1 tbsp Ras al hanout and toss with olive oil.

Place the roasting pan in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

After an hour the leg is done.

Delicious with couscous.
