Salmon tartare

    Ingredients

    • 200 grams of fresh salmon

    • 200 grams smoked salmon

    • 6 blades of chives
      or 1 spring onion

    • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

    • some lemon juice

    • little salt and pepper

    • 4 eggs

      Preparation

      Cut the fresh and smoked salmon into small square cubes.

      Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped chives.

      Add the salmon.

      Fry the 4 eggs in a frying pan.

      Arrange the board the way you want. We use a cutting ring (10cm) so that you can serve the salmon tartare in a nice round shape and cut out the fried egg to the same size.

      Delicious with toast.
