    Oven dish(es)

There are many variations possible for savory crumble on fish. This time I opted for a Mediterranean flavor with sage, rosemary and a clove of garlic (the latter is not in the photo)

      Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Salt and pepper the fish and place in an oven dish.

In a large bowl, mix the panko, finely chopped rosemary, sage, crushed garlic, finely chopped capers, dill, pepper and finely grated cheese.

Sprinkle the savory crumble over the fish and spray or drizzle a little olive oil over it.

Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

Delicious with roasted vegetables and/or mashed potatoes.
