    • 2 cans of tuna (1 in water/1 in oil)

    • 1 lemon

    • 1 chili pepper

    • 1/3 bunch of mint

    • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic

    • some olive oil

    • salt and pepper to taste

      Tuna-mint dressing, for example:

      roasted Vegetables.

      We love roasted vegetables, there is a tasty variety to roast every season.

      The recipe with roasted (winter) vegetables is already on the site , you can find out how to roast the vegetables there.

      What we are adding is a delicious dressing over the vegetables!


      Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze it.

      Drain the tuna in oil and collect the oil.

      Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs.

      Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, can of tuna in water, the tuna oil, a dash of olive oil and the chili pepper in a tall cup.

      Squeeze the garlic over the top and puree with a hand blender into a dressing.

      Season with salt and pepper.

      Carefully toss the roasted vegetables with the dressing and divide the tuna pieces over it.
