    • 4             kruimige aardappelen

    • 4             wortelen

    • 200 gr        geraspte Goudse kaas

    • 25 gr         boter

    • 50 ml         warme melk

    Mis en place

    Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

    Peel/peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.


    Place the potatoes and carrots in a saucepan with some salt.

    Boil them until done, pierce the potatoes with a fork, as soon as they fall off the fork they are done (around 18 minutes).

    Mash the potatoes and carrots with the warm milk.

    Once the stew has a good consistency, stir in the butter and cheese with a wooden spoon.

    Delicious with oxtail stew and boeuf bourguignon.
