Preparation

Nice no cutting work for once! Get started right away!

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix the oil with the water and add it to the dry ingredients.
Knead everything well, add some water if the mixture turns out to be too dry.
It should be a bit sticky.

Preheat the convection oven to 250 degrees.

Place baking paper on the oven baking tray and divide the dough into piles over the baking paper.

Tip: first crumple baking paper slightly and then spread over the baking tray.

Take a bowl of water and wet your fingers to distribute the dough as evenly as possible over the baking tray or use the back of a spoon to keep it wet.

Cut the crackers into the size you want before baking them.

Bake the crackers for 5 minutes at 250 degrees.

Then turn the oven down to 200 degrees and bake them for another 20-30 minutes until they are nice and dry and brown.

Let them cool on the baking tray and when they have cooled you can break them along the cut lines.

Very tasty with butter and cheese!
