  • 100 g soft butter

  • 15 g sesame seeds

  • Pinch of coarse sea salt

    Place the sesame seeds in a frying pan, heat it and brown the sesame while shaking the frying pan.

    Transfer them to a mortar and crush them thoroughly.

    The smell of the sesame greets you...delicious!
    Mix 10 g of the crushed sesame seeds and a pinch of salt with the soft butter.

    Transfer to a nice bowl and sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top.

    The sesame butter is ready, which tastes delicious on all types of bread!
