Spicy beans with onion and garlic

Preparation

Clean the beans (cut off the ends on both sides), wash them and boil them for 10 minutes in plenty of salted water.
Drain and allow to steam without lid.

Cut the onions into half rings and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry on high heat, activities now follow each other smoothly (because the heat is high, so stay with it!

Throw the smoked bacon cubes into the wok until they are light brown.
Add the onion rings and fry until light brown.
Then add the garlic and heat briefly.
Then add the beans and sambal and heat nicely.

Delicious to eat as is, but also recommended with white rice.
