Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
50 g cashew nuts
or almonds
or pine nuts50 g fresh basil leaves
or flat parsley leaves
or arugula2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or a little more)
some salt and pepper

Preparation
Take the hand blender with the mixing bowl or a food processor with a blade.
Peel the garlic and chop coarsely.
Throw the garlic, nuts, greens, cheese and oil, some salt and pepper into the mixer bowl and mix into a nice, homogeneous, thick, creamy sauce.
Taste and add where you taste or see deficiencies.
I mainly cook based on feeling, sight and taste.
Very tasty with pasta or on a brown sandwich with cheese or on a freshly baked warm baguette!
