Nasi vegetarian

  • 800 grams of stir-fried vegetables
    (2 bags pre-packed
    or home-cut leek, pepper,
    red onion, white cabbage,
    pepper and bean sprouts)

  • 500 g mushrooms

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp djahe powder

  • 1 tsp galangal powder

  • 1 tsp lemongrass powder

  • 6 tbsp salty soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • 400 grams of rice

Cook the rice according to the package.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Clean the garlic and chop it finely.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a wok and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, herbs and soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the stir-fry vegetables and wok over high heat for a minute at 5.
Add the cooked rice and mix everything together well.
Delicious with the babi ketjap and the sambals that are also on our site.
