Nachos with cheese, jalapeno and spring onion

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips (175 gr)

  • 100 g grated spicy Gouda cheese

  • 30 g jalapeno from a jar

  • 3 spring onions

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 C.


Spread some tortilla chips on a flat baking dish or heat-resistant plate.

Divide the spring onion, sliced into rings, grated cheese and the finely chopped jalapeno over the chips.

Spread some tortilla chips over this again.

You can repeat this a few more times...

Place in the hot oven for about 7 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble.
Place the bowl on the table and take a bite!
