Herb butter with garlic

  • 100/125 g butter

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley
    or from the freezer

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp stock powder
    or pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Super easy and much tastier than purchased herb butter (with or without garlic).

It works best if you have soft butter, so if possible, keep the pack out of the refrigerator the day before, otherwise put it in the microwave (10 to 15 sec max).

Cut or chop the parsley small.

Take an amount of butter as needed (this recipe for about 100 to 125 g).

Add crushed garlic, parsley, pepper and stock powder and mix together.

Delicious on crusty baguette.
