Coriander butter

Quantity: 125 grams

  • 100 g soft butter

  • 8 stalks of coriander

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • pinch of coarse sea salt


Place the soft butter in a bowl.

Remove the leaves from the coriander and chop finely (keep 2 leaves aside) and add to the butter.
Peel the garlic cloves and shave them on a fine grater over the butter.

Also add the pinch of salt and stir everything together well.

Serve with the 2 leaves of fresh coriander on top.

Delicious on a baguette, Turkish bread, with the BBQ, soup or appetizer.
