Garlic sauce fresh and creamy

Ingredients
1 egg
pinch of pepper
pinch of salt
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
400 ml sunflower oil
6 tbsp Greek yogurt
6 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt
some parsley, fresh or dried

Other supplies
narrow high bowl and a hand blender
Preparation
Place the egg, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice in a narrow, high bowl.
Carefully add the 400 ml sunflower oil.
Insert the hand blender and turn it on and continue mixing at the bottom for a moment.
Then slowly pull the hand blender up while mixing until everything is mixed and you have a thick mayonnaise.
Add the Greek yogurt, coarsely chopped garlic cloves and mix again until combined.
Take out the hand blender and taste it; salty enough?..... sour enough?..... garlic enough?
Not? Then add to taste! and put the hand blender on for a while and taste again.
