    • 1 Ciabatta (or baguette)

    • 100 g grated cheese

    • enough garlic butter
      or garlic oil

      We ate this bread for the first time in America, very tasty to eat warm.

      Grate the cheese

      Make the garlic butter


      Make the garlic oil, half a cup of olive oil, press 2 cloves of garlic into it, stir well and let stand for about 15 minutes


      Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

      Cut the ciabatta horizontally through the middle.

      Spread both sides generously with the herb butter or rub generously with garlic oil.

      Put the 2 parts back together and take aluminum foil

      Place the package in the oven for 12 minutes.

      Remove the ciabatta from the oven, open the package and place both parts on the rounded side on the oven tray.

      Sprinkle the cheese over it and return it to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

      Take it out and cut into portions as you want to serve it.
