Pickled Spanish pears with mint

    • quite a few chili peppers

    • half liter of vinegar

    • 3 tbsp sugar, less is also possible

    • 4 sprigs of mint

    • 2 tbsp salt

    Clean preserving jar



      Chilli peppers, the color does not matter, finely chop (by hand or food processor).

      Add the vinegar, sugar and salt to the clean jar and mix well.

      Add the finely chopped peppers and mint leaves/sprigs.

      Delicious with rice dishes and curries.
