Savory choux with cheese

Ingredients
Puffcake batter:
100 ml milk
100 ml of water
100 grams of flour
100 g butter
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
Filling:​
blue cheese (or Boursin)
cream cheese
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
50 gr old Gouda cheese

Other supplies
Mixer, piping bag, baking paper

No preparations, just get started straight away.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Bring milk, water, butter and salt to the boil in a pan.
Stir in the flour and cook the flour for about 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and spoon the batter into a bowl.
Stir in the eggs one by one.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pipe large portions of batter onto this.
Bake the puffs in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
Let the puffs cool in the oven.

Filling:
Beat the ingredients with a mixer.
Cut the choux in half and fill the choux with a dollop of cheese cream
