Preparation

Prepare the sandwich and toppings:

Cut the rolls open and grill them on the cut sides until crispy (or in the frying pan).

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips (so that it is easy to top)

Slice the tomato thinly

Cut the onions into thin rings

For the hamburger:

Place the minced meat in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the onion and throw in.

Crush the garlic, throw in.

Add the sambal, paprika powder, oregano, pepper and 2 teaspoons of salt.

Mix and knead everything well by hand so that everything is evenly distributed.

Divide the mass into 8 portions and shape into 8 hamburgers with the hamburger cutter.

Fry the burgers over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides.

(Optional: after the first side, turn for 2.5 minutes and then place a slice of cheese on the hamburger. Then it will melt nicely)

Place the iceberg lettuce on the bun, then the hamburger and top with tomato and onion.

If you want, you can add mayonnaise or ketchup.
